Return Eligibility

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Include proof of purchase (order ID or receipt).

Final-sale, clearance, and hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned.

How to Return

with your order ID and reason for return.

Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization and instructions.

Ship items back to our Hayward CA warehouse.

After inspection, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers cover return shipping unless the product was damaged, defective, or shipped in error.
We recommend using a trackable carrier.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

Report issues within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace or refund promptly.
