At FindNexora, headquartered in Silicon Valley, California, we are committed to providing a reliable and efficient shipping experience for our customers across the United States.
All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our FindNexora warehouse in Hayward, California to ensure speed, accuracy, and quality control.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Domestic Shipping (United States Only)

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (via USPS, UPS, or FedEx)
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)
Free Shipping: May apply to select products or promotional offers as displayed on product pages.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance and destination.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number once your shipment is dispatched.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Delays

Although we prioritize prompt delivery, occasional delays can occur due to:

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will investigate the issue with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We can ship to PO Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses via USPS.
Please note that some oversized or restricted items may not be eligible for PO Box delivery.
